  • Duck meat (preferably teal), finely chopped - 2 cups
  • Jalapeños, diced - 1/2 cup
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese - 8 oz (1 block)
  • Shredded cheese (such as cheddar) - 1 cup
  • Egg roll wrappers - 10-12
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil, for frying

  1. Preparing the Duck: Finely chop approximately 2 cups of duck meat, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
