  • Duck Meat: 1.5 pounds of duck breast, thinly sliced
  • Marinade Option 1:
    • Worcestershire Sauce: Approximately 1/3 of a 10-ounce bottle (about 3.3 ounces)
    • Dale's Seasoning: Roughly 1/3 of a 16-ounce bottle (about 5.3 ounces)
  • Marinade Option 2:
    • Worcestershire Sauce: About 1/4 cup
    • Ranch Dressing: 2 tablespoons
    • Dijon Mustard: 1 tablespoon
    • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • For Serving:
    • Hawaiian Rolls: 8-10 rolls, split and toasted with garlic butter
    • Cheese: Pepper Jack, 8-10 slices
    • Bell Peppers: 1 large bell pepper, sliced and grilled
    • Onions: 1 large onion, sliced and grilled

  1. Marinate the Duck: Choose one of the marinade options and combine the ingredients in a bowl. Add the duck slices, ensuring they are fully coated. Let marinate for 45 minutes to an hour.
  2. Grill the Duck: Preheat your grill to medium-high. Remove the duck from the marinade and grill for about 2-2.5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through but still tender.
  3. Prepare the Rolls: Spread garlic butter on the inside of the Hawaiian rolls. Toast under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  4. Assemble the Cheesesteaks: Place a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on the bottom half of each toasted roll. Add the grilled duck, followed by the grilled onions and bell peppers. If desired, return to the broiler for a minute to melt the cheese and warm the assembled cheesesteaks.
  5. Serving: Serve immediately, enjoying the blend of savory duck, melted cheese, and the slight sweetness of the Hawaiian rolls.
