Fresh Duck Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 fresh duck breasts, cleaned and washed
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 bell peppers, sliced
• 2 onions (1 diced for garnish, 1 sliced lengthwise for sautéing)
• 1 fajita seasoning packet
• 1/4 cup of water
• 4 tortillas
• 1 cup lettuce, shredded
• 1 cup cheese (Mexican taco blend recommended)
• Taco sauce, to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut the duck breasts into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large pan, melt the butter and brown the duck pieces.
3. Remove the duck and sauté the sliced peppers and onions in the same pan.
4. Return the duck to the pan, add water and seasoning, and cook until the mixture thickens.
5. Assemble the fajitas using tortillas, duck mixture, lettuce, onions, cheese, and taco sauce.
